THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE IS TRANSMITTED AT THE REQUEST OF THE WYOMING DIVISION OF CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION. THIS IS AN ACTIVATION OF THE WYOMING AMBER ALERT SYSTEM ON BEHALF OF THE CHEYENNE POLICE DEPARTMENT. ON NOVEMBER 20 2012 AT APPROX 1130 AM. ANGELEANA TYLER A 2 YEAR OLD WHITE FEMALE 3 FEET TALL, 30 lbs, BROWN HAIR, BROWN EYES HAS BEEN ABDUCTED BY HER NON CUSTODIAL

MOTHER,..MISTY LEA STRICKER- CAMPOS...A 34 YEAR OLD WHITE FEMALE, 5 FT 10 INCHES...200 POUNDS. BLONDE HAIR/HAZEL EYES. STRICKER-CAMPOS HAS A HISTORY OF SUICIDE THREATS AND DRUG ABUSE. THE CHILD WAS LAST SEEN
WEARING A BROWN SWEATER...BROWN PANTS...AND PINK SHOES. THE CHILD HAS EPILEPSY AND DOES NOT HAVE HER MEDICATION WITH HER. STRICKER- CAMPOS WAS LAST SEEN WEARING A BLACK T-SHIRT...GRAY SWEATPANTS AND HAS A GREEN BACKPACK. THERE IS NO SUSPECT VEHICLE. THE SUSPECT AND VICTIM ARE ON FOOT AND MAY BE ENROUTE TO MEXICO OR CALIFORNIA.
